There are some differences between AGV lithium batteries and ordinary lithium batteries, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. Design and structure:
AGV lithium batteries: In order to adapt to the working environment of AGV (automatic guided vehicle), AGV lithium batteries usually have a more sturdy shell that can withstand vibration and impact. At the same time, in order to ensure the flexibility and endurance of AGV, AGV lithium batteries have strict requirements on weight and volume, and are more compact in design.
Ordinary lithium batteries: The design of ordinary lithium batteries is relatively diverse and can be optimized according to different application scenarios. They may have different shapes, sizes and connection methods.
2. Working environment:
AGV lithium batteries: AGV lithium batteries are mainly used in industrial environments and need to work stably under harsh conditions such as high temperature, low temperature, and humidity. Therefore, AGV lithium batteries have higher requirements for environmental adaptability, usually with a wider operating temperature range and better waterproof and dustproof performance.
Ordinary lithium batteries: Ordinary lithium batteries have a wide range of applications, from electronic products to power tools, and the working environment is relatively stable.
3. Safety:
AGV lithium battery: Since AGV operates in environments such as factory workshops, safety is the primary consideration. AGV lithium batteries are usually equipped with more complete protection circuits, which can effectively prevent safety accidents such as overcharging, over-discharging, and short circuits.
Ordinary lithium batteries: The safety performance of ordinary lithium batteries is also relatively high, but compared with AGV lithium batteries, their safety protection measures may be relatively simple.
4. Battery Management System (BMS):
AGV lithium battery: AGV lithium batteries are usually equipped with more complex BMS, which can monitor the battery's voltage, current, temperature and other parameters in real time, and perform intelligent management based on these data to ensure the best performance and longest service life of the battery.
Ordinary lithium battery: The BMS of ordinary lithium batteries is relatively simple, mainly used for basic charging protection and over-discharge protection.
